Build what we would use
Every tool we ship has to be something a chip team would actually use under schedule pressure. If it would not be useful on our own desks, it does not ship.
Engineers ship
Small teams, real ownership, fast iteration. We are not a giant where decisions get lost in committees.
Be honest about hard problems
SoC design is hard. We prefer engineers who say what is broken, instead of pretending it is fine.
